Free shipping on all orders over $70, flat rate shipping of $10 applies to all other orders unless using a coupon that grants free shipping.
We ship across Australia and all parcels are sent via AusPost.
SOMBAR holds no responsibility for goods that have been given authority by the recipient to be left unattended at a delivery address.
We attempt to ship all orders within 1-2 working days.
All parcels sent through AusPost are via standard shipping only, and depending on your distance from Melbourne can take 1-14 working days from dispatch to arrive.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds based on change of mind. Faults: If you believe there is a fault with your item, email info@sombar.com.au with a description and if required, include images as evidence. Once it has been reviewed and approved, we will either, send you a replacement bottle, issue a refund or issue a store credit equating to the amount of the purchased item.
If you have picked the wrong colour, selected the wrong quantity, or made a mistake in your order, please email info@sombar.com.au immediately along with your order number.

Yes! After removing the pressure fitted brush and cleaning out the excess polish, you can recycle the glass bottle and bamboo cap.
